UR Network Participation Agreement
By enrolling in the UR Network, your organization agrees to the following terms of participation. This Agreement is designed to ensure transparency, trust, and alignment with URep Abroad’s mission of increasing diverse representation in international education and global opportunities.
1. Purpose of the Network
UR Network is a virtual directory and collaboration space for organizations, institutions, and companies that:
• Provide opportunities in international education, study abroad, work abroad, internships, or related fields.
• Share a commitment to inclusivity, accessibility, and representation in global programs.
• Wish to connect with individuals and other organizations seeking trusted partners in international education.
2. URep Abroad’s Commitments
By accepting your organization into the Community, URep Abroad agrees to:
• Showcase your organization in the UR Network Directory and related promotional materials.
• Highlight your programs and opportunities to a relevant and mission-driven audience.
• Offer opportunities for cross-promotion, collaboration, and engagement with other network members.
• Provide periodic performance insights (where applicable) about visibility and engagement with your listing. Including a performance report delivered within 7 business days after engagement post.
3. Participation Commitments
By joining, your organization agrees to:
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about your programs, services, or opportunities.
• Respect and support URep Abroad’s mission to increase diverse representation and foster an inclusive global community.
• Grant URep Abroad permission to display your organization name, logo, and program information on our website, in our directory, and in marketing materials where appropriate.
• Respond in good faith to any inquiries from URep Abroad regarding your participation.
4. URep Verified
• Organizations accepted into the network will receive the URep Verified badge.
• Verification means your organization has been evaluated by URep Abroad and aligns with our mission and values.
• Verification is an editorial designation only.
5. Content & Liability
• URep Abroad does not manage or operate the programs listed in the directory, unless otherwise indicated.
• Each organization remains solely responsible for its own programs, policies, participant safety, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• URep Abroad is not liable for any claims, disputes, or issues arising between organizations and individuals who engage with their opportunities.
6. Withdrawal & Removal
• Organizations may withdraw from UR Network at any time by contacting URep Abroad in writing.
• URep Abroad reserves the right to remove any organization from the directory if its practices or conduct are found to be inconsistent with our mission, values, or community standards.
7. Transparency & Funding
• Participation in UR Network is voluntary and free of charge. Future premium services (such as featured placements or expanded promotion) may involve a fee.
• Sponsored or paid listings will always be clearly labeled.
8. Data & Privacy
• URep will share applicant or lead contact information with Partner only if users have explicitly consented to such sharing.
• Partner agrees to treat any personal information received in accordance with applicable law and not to sell such data.
• Partner consents to URep using aggregate, anonymized performance data for URep marketing and case studies.
9. Confidentiality
• Each party will keep confidential the non-public business information of the other, excluding information that is public or required by law.
10. Agreement
By submitting your organization’s information to URep Abroad and joining UR Network, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Participation Agreement.
