Partnership Agreement

By becoming a URep Abroad Partner (also known as URep Partners), your organization agrees to the following terms of participation. This Agreement aims to promote transparency, trust, and alignment with URep Abroad’s mission to provide support, foster community, and encourage cultural awareness in international travel and cultural exchange.
1. Nature of Partnership
URep Abroad Partnerships are voluntary collaborations, meaning that organizations and URep Abroad work together to share resources and expertise, building a network within international education.
2. URep Abroad’s Commitments
By becoming a Partner, URep Abroad agrees to:
• Showcase your organization and related promotional materials on URep Abroad’s social media accounts, website, and newsletter.
• Provide opportunities for cross-promotion, collaboration, and engagement with other partner members.
• Deliver periodic performance insights (when applicable) regarding visibility and engagement with your listing, including a performance report within 7 business days after the engagement post.
3. Participation Commitments
By becoming a Partner, your organization agrees to:
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about your programs, services, or opportunities.
• Grant URep Abroad permission to display your organization name, logo, and program information on our website, in our directory, and in marketing materials where appropriate.
• Respond in good faith to any inquiries from URep Abroad regarding your participation.
4. Partnership Verification
Partnership verification indicates that your organization has been assessed by URep Abroad and that both URep Abroad and your organization have reached a mutual agreement to promote and collaborate.
• Organizations accepted into the partnership may use the URep Abroad logo on their websites, marketing materials, and tag URep Abroad on social media when appropriate.
• Verification serves as an editorial designation only.
5. Content & Liability
• URep Abroad does not manage or operate the programs shared on its website, social media, and other third-party sites, unless otherwise specified.
• Each organization is solely responsible for its own programs, policies, participant safety, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• URep Abroad is not liable for any claims, disputes, or issues arising between organizations and individuals who engage with their opportunities.
6. Withdrawal & Removal
• Organizations can withdraw from the Partnership at any time by providing written notice to URep Abroad.
• URep Abroad reserves the right to terminate any organization from the Partnership if its practices or conduct are found to be inconsistent with URep Abroad’s mission or community standards.
7. Transparency & Funding
• Participating as a URep Partner is voluntary and free of charge.
• Sponsorships, collaborations, and financial-based services may incur fees, which will be clearly outlined and agreed upon in advance between URep Abroad and the partner organization.
• Sponsored or paid listings will always be clearly labeled.
8. Data & Privacy
• URep Abroad will share applicant or lead contact information with Partners only if users have explicitly consented to such sharing.
• Partner agrees to handle any personal information received in accordance with applicable law and not to sell such data.
• Partner consents to URep Abroad using aggregated, anonymized performance data for marketing purposes and case studies.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties will maintain confidentiality regarding each other’s non-public business information, except for information that is public or mandated by law.
10. Agreement
By submitting the URep Abroad Partnership Intake Form and becoming a Partner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Participation Agreement.
